As we learn about having healthy bodies toddlers learn how to take care of themselves, which includes buckling and buttons.
We explored the doctor set and pretended to help everyone feel healthy. We've learned the game of hopscotch and though many toddlers are still working on getting their feet off the ground they loved this game. We don't play with all of the rules yet, but enjoy hopping and counting none the less.
Climbing and being physically active is an important part of having a healthy body.
We played this fun "Cover the Owies" game which I think is from 2 Teaching Mommies.
We also learned that the food we put into our bodies is very important. EMan liked playing chef and cooking up all the healthy food.
